Distributed CRM Integration

Bridge fully integrates with your CRM so you don’t have to switch between two platforms

True sales enablement is all about making it easier and better for those selling your products and services, be it salespeople or channel partners. One of the ways in which Bridge helps you do this is by integrating seamlessly with all leading CRMs to allow for bi-directional data synchronization.

Bridge integrates with most popular CRM applications allowing users to share and manage the contacts between the two platforms, and we also support custom integration—meaning you tell us which CRM you are using and we can integrate the Bridge platform with that.

With Bridge-CRM integration, you can seamlessly import and export contacts between the Bridge platform and your CRM application in a few clicks.

Map the Bridge contact fields to your CRM contact fields, set the time interval—which is the frequency at which the contact import and update are to happen—and you are done! All CRM contacts imported into Bridge will be reflected in a separate recipient list with their origin marked up as ‘CRM App’.

You can also program the Bridge platform to push contacts into your CRM account when they attain a specified lead score.

If you have a channel set up, then Bridge also supports distributed CRM integration. Distributed CRM integration works both ways, allowing channel partners to integrate leads and opportunities from their CRMs onto the corporate CRM and from there, with the Bridge platform. This ensures even the leads prospected by the channel partners are the local level are targeted in the corporate marketing and sales campaigns as well. It also ensures the lead insight is available at the corporate level as well.

A few of the CRM applications that Bridge integrates with include Oracle, NetSuite, SugarCRM, Zoho, Connectwise, Autotask, Base, Sage, Redtail, Hubspot, Tigerpaw, which are generally used at the channel partner end and also with more popular platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce which are often used by vendors at the corporate level.
