Personalized email marketing

Like all the other sales and marketing assets in Bridge, emails can be personalized too, to reflect sender attributes (name and contact information) as well as for the recipients–based on their attributes (name, location, area of interest, etc.,) or actions (link clicks, whitepaper downloads, sign-ups, webinar registration, etc,.)

Plug-ins for email

Bridge integrates seamlessly with Chrome and Outlook, helping you add a more personal touch to your email interaction with leads. Once logged in via the plug-in, you will receive all notifications on your email account without having to log into your Bridge account. This integration allows you to synchronize your email contacts, group contacts, new recipients and tasks to the Bridge account. You can also access all Bridge email templates and smart contact lists right from your email account. You can also track the response to the emails sent from your Outlook or Gmail accounts and generate reports on their effectiveness.

Email reporting and tracking

Bridge tracks your prospect’s response to your emails and adjusts your prospects’ scores accordingly so you know which lead is hot, based on their interest levels. Every email open, every link click is tracked and scored for you. Further, you can program Bridge to take certain actions on your behalf based on your prospect’s response. For example, if someone downloaded a whitepaper, the system can be programmed to automatically follow up with another email in a week. 

Creation of mailing lists for emails

Bridge is also capable of adding your contacts into various smart lists to be targeted in future email campaigns—in real-time, based on the pre-set conditions defined by you.

Alerts and notifications

You can also use the Bridge to generate real-time alerts and notifications for you in the event of a specific response to your email. For example, someone requested a demo by replying to your email? Bridge can generate an alert so you can call them immediately.

Email drips for lead nurturing

Bridge’s email marketing module also supports drip email marketing, allowing you to set up email campaigns consisting of a series of emails. You can set triggers for the emails in the series, which can be based on actions taken by the prospect, or prospect characteristics. For example, an email can be programmed to go out after a demo or a webinar to all attendees thanking them for being there. The emails can be scheduled to go out on particular days, such as a Holiday greeting on the 23rd of December, or an Independence Day email on the 4th of July.  The email drip can also be set to shoot the emails one after the other at specified time intervals, both absolute or conditional, for example,  Your prospects will be sent a follow-up email 15 days after they open your previous email.
